Аллилуия. Славьте Господа, ибо Он благ, ибо вовек милость Его.

Oh give thanks unto Jehovah, call upon his name; Make known among the peoples his doings.
|
|

|
Кто изречет могущество Господа, возвестит все хвалы Его?
|

|
Sing unto him, sing praises unto him; Talk ye of all his marvelous works.
|
|
3
|
Блаженны хранящие суд и творящие правду во всякое время!
|

|
Glory ye in his holy name: Let the heart of them rejoice that seek Jehovah.

|

|
Вспомни о мне, Господи, в благоволении к народу Твоему; посети меня спасением Твоим,
|

|
Seek ye Jehovah and his strength; Seek his face evermore.
|
|

|
дабы мне видеть благоденствие избранных Твоих, веселиться веселием народа Твоего, хвалиться с наследием Твоим.
|

|
Remember his marvellous works that he hath done, His wonders, and the judgments of his mouth,
|
|

|
Согрешили мы с отцами нашими, совершили беззаконие, соделали неправду.
|

|
O ye seed of Abraham his servant, Ye children of Jacob, his chosen ones.
|
|

|
Отцы наши в Египте не уразумели чудес Твоих, не помнили множества милостей Твоих, и возмутились у моря, у Чермного моря.
|

|
He is Jehovah our God: His judgments are in all the earth.
|
|

|
Но Он спас их ради имени Своего, дабы показать могущество Свое.
|

|
He hath remembered his covenant for ever, The word which he commanded to a thousand generations,
|
|
9
|
Грозно рек морю Чермному, и оно иссохло; и провел их по безднам, как по суше;
|

|
(The covenant) which he made with Abraham, And his oath unto Isaac,
|
|
10
|
и спас их от руки ненавидящего и избавил их от руки врага.
|

|
And confirmed the same unto Jacob for a statute, To Israel for an everlasting covenant,
|
|

|
Воды покрыли врагов их, ни одного из них не осталось.
|

|
Saying, Unto thee will I give the land of Canaan, The lot of your inheritance;
|
|
12
|
И поверили они словам Его, и воспели хвалу Ему.
|

|
When they were but a few men in number, Yea, very few, and sojourners in it.
|
|
13
|
Но скоро забыли дела Его, не дождались Его изволения;
|

|
And they went about from nation to nation, From one kingdom to another people.
|

|
увлеклись похотением в пустыне, и искусили Бога в необитаемой.
|

|
He suffered no man to do them wrong; Yea, he reproved kings for their sakes,
|
|
15
|
И Он исполнил прошение их, но послал язву на души их.
|

|
(Saying), Touch not mine anointed ones, And do my prophets no harm.
|
|

|
И позавидовали в стане Моисею и Аарону, святому Господню.
|

|
And he called for a famine upon the land; He brake the whole staff of bread.
|
|

|
Разверзлась земля, и поглотила Дафана и покрыла скопище Авирона.
|

He sent a man before them; Joseph was sold for a servant:

|
И возгорелся огонь в скопище их, пламень попалил нечестивых.

His feet they hurt with fetters: He was laid in (chains of) iron,

Сделали тельца у Хорива и поклонились истукану;

Until the time that his word came to pass, The word of Jehovah tried him.

и променяли славу свою на изображение вола, ядущего траву.

The king sent and loosed him; Even the ruler of peoples, and let him go free.

Забыли Бога, Спасителя своего, совершившего великое в Египте,
|

|
He made him lord of his house, And ruler of all his substance;
|
|
22
|
дивное в земле Хамовой, страшное у Чермного моря.
|

|
To bind his princes at his pleasure, And teach his elders wisdom.
|
|
23
|
И хотел истребить их, если бы Моисей, избранный Его, не стал пред Ним в расселине, чтобы отвратить ярость Его, да не погубит их.
|

|
Israel also came into Egypt; And Jacob sojourned in the land of Ham.
|
|
24
|
И презрели они землю желанную, не верили слову Его;
|
24
|
And he increased his people greatly, And made them stronger than their adversaries.
|
|
25
|
и роптали в шатрах своих, не слушались гласа Господня.
|

|
He turned their heart to hate his people, To deal subtly with his servants.
|
|
26
|
И поднял Он руку Свою на них, чтобы низложить их в пустыне,
|

|
He sent Moses his servant, (And) Aaron whom he had chosen.
|
|
27
|
низложить племя их в народах и рассеять их по землям.
|

|
They set among them his signs, And wonders in the land of Ham.
|
|
28
|
Они прилепились к Ваалфегору и ели жертвы бездушным,
|

|
He sent darkness, and made it dark; And they rebelled not against his words.
|
|

|
и раздражали Бога делами своими, и вторглась к ним язва.
|

|
He turned their waters into blood, And slew their fish.
|
|
30
|
И восстал Финеес и произвел суд, - и остановилась язва.
|

|
Their land swarmed with frogs In the chambers of their kings.
|
|
31
|
И это вменено ему в праведность в роды и роды во веки.
|

|
He spake, and there came swarms of flies, And lice in all their borders.
|
|
32
|
И прогневали Бога у вод Меривы, и Моисей потерпел за них,
|

|
He gave them hail for rain, (And) flaming fire in their land.
|
|
33
|
ибо они огорчили дух его, и он погрешил устами своими.
|
33
|
He smote their vines also and their fig-trees, And brake the trees of their borders.
|
|
34
|
Не истребили народов, о которых сказал им Господь,
|
34
|
He spake, and the locust came, And the grasshopper, and that without number,
|
|
35
|
но смешались с язычниками и научились делам их;
|
35
|
And did eat up every herb in their land, And did eat up the fruit of their ground.
|
|
36
|
служили истуканам их, которые были для них сетью,
|
36
|
He smote also all the first-born in their land, The chief of all their strength.
|
|
37
|
и приносили сыновей своих и дочерей своих в жертву бесам;
|

|
And he brought them forth with silver and gold; And there was not one feeble person among his tribes.
|
|
38
|
проливали кровь невинную, кровь сыновей своих и дочерей своих, которых приносили в жертву идолам Ханаанским, - и осквернилась земля кровью;

|
Egypt was glad when they departed; For the fear of them had fallen upon them.
|
|

|
оскверняли себя делами своими, блудодействовали поступками своими.
|

|
He spread a cloud for a covering, And fire to give light in the night.
|
|
40
|
И воспылал гнев Господа на народ Его, и возгнушался Он наследием Своим
|
40
|
They asked, and he brought quails, And satisfied them with the bread of heaven.
|
|
41
|
и предал их в руки язычников, и ненавидящие их стали обладать ими.
|
41
|
He opened the rock, and waters gushed out; They ran in the dry places (like) a river.
|
|
42
|
Враги их утесняли их, и они смирялись под рукою их.
|

|
For he remembered his holy word, (And) Abraham his servant.
|
|
43
|
Много раз Он избавлял их; они же раздражали Его упорством своим, и были уничижаемы за беззаконие свое.
|

|
And he brought forth his people with joy, (And) his chosen with singing.
|
|
44
|
Но Он призирал на скорбь их, когда слышал вопль их,
|

|
And he gave them the lands of the nations; And they took the labor of the peoples in possession:
|
|
45
|
и вспоминал завет Свой с ними и раскаивался по множеству милости Своей;
|

|
That they might keep his statutes, And observe his laws. Praise ye Jehovah.

и возбуждал к ним сострадание во всех, пленявших их.
|

Спаси нас, Господи, Боже наш, и собери нас от народов, дабы славить святое имя Твое, хвалиться Твоею славою.
