Bless the LORD, O my soul. O LORD my God, thou art very great; thou art clothed with honour and majesty.

Воспой Его, воздай Ему хвалу и расскажи о всех делах Его прекрасных.

Who coverest thyself with light as with a garment: who stretchest out the heavens like a curtain:

Гордитесь именем Святым Его! И вы, пришедшие в поисках Всевышнего, будьте счастливы!

Who layeth the beams of his chambers in the waters: who maketh the clouds his chariot: who walketh upon the wings of the wind:

За силой к Господу идите, за помощью.

Who maketh his angels spirits; his ministers a flaming fire:

И помните о чудесах, что Он творит, и о решениях мудрых, что Он принимает.

Who laid the foundations of the earth, that it should not be removed for ever.

О дети Божьего раба Авраама и дети Иакова, которых Он избрал.

Thou coveredst it with the deep as with a garment: the waters stood above the mountains.

Всевышний - наш Господь. Он правит целым миром.

At thy rebuke they fled; at the voice of thy thunder they hasted away.

|
Помните Божий завет , что Он дал нам, помните Его заповеди тысячам поколений,

They go up by the mountains; they go down by the valleys unto the place which thou hast founded for them.

|
Он дал Свой завет Аврааму, дал клятву Исааку.

Thou hast set a bound that they may not pass over; that they turn not again to cover the earth.

Он для Иакова законом это сделал, заветом вечным для Израиля.

He sendeth the springs into the valleys, which run among the hills.

Господь сказал: „Тебе дам землю ханаанскую, как твою часть наследства".

Господь дал это обещание Аврааму, когда пришельцев было мало.

By them shall the fowls of the heaven have their habitation, which sing among the branches.

Они из царства в царство шли, к народу от народа.

He watereth the hills from his chambers: the earth is satisfied with the fruit of thy works.

Он никому не позволял их угнетать, царей предупредил, чтоб их не обижали.

He causeth the grass to grow for the cattle, and herb for the service of man: that he may bring forth food out of the earth;

|
„Не трогайте избранников Моих, Моим пророкам зла не причиняйте".

|
And wine that maketh glad the heart of man, and oil to make his face to shine, and bread which strengtheneth man's heart.

Он засуху послал на землю и весь запас еды извёл.

The trees of the LORD are full of sap; the cedars of Lebanon, which he hath planted;

Послал в Египет он пред ними человека - Иосифа, который в рабство продан был.

Where the birds make their nests: as for the stork, the fir trees are her house.

Верёвкою связали его ноги, в ярме железном его шея.

The high hills are a refuge for the wild goats; and the rocks for the conies.

Господь испытывал его, покуда не совершилось предсказание Его.

He appointed the moon for seasons: the sun knoweth his going down.

И царь Египта отпустил Иосифа, властитель из тюрьмы освободил его,

Thou makest darkness, and it is night: wherein all the beasts of the forest do creep forth.

поставил его домом управлять и всем, чем он владел,

The young lions roar after their prey, and seek their meat from God.

|
чтобы князей учил Иосиф, как хотел, и наставлял старейшин мудро.
|

|
The sun ariseth, they gather themselves together, and lay them down in their dens.

|

|
Тогда Израиль отошёл в Египет, и в землях Хама жил Иаков.

|
Man goeth forth unto his work and to his labour until the evening.
|

|
Господь дал плодовитость Своему народу, они числом своих превысили врагов.

|
O LORD, how manifold are thy works! in wisdom hast thou made them all: the earth is full of thy riches.

|
Вселилась ненависть в сердца врагов, и хитрый заговор придуман был.
|

|
So is this great and wide sea, wherein are things creeping innumerable, both small and great beasts.
|

|
Послал Он Моисея, Своего раба, и Аарона, избранного Им.

There go the ships: there is that leviathan, whom thou hast made to play therein.

|
И показали они в земле Хама знамения и чудеса Его.

These wait all upon thee; that thou mayest give them their meat in due season.

|
Послал Бог тьму, и тьмой окуталась земля. Кто мог восстать против Его слова?

That thou givest them they gather: thou openest thine hand, they are filled with good.

В кровь воду превратил, и умерла вся рыба.

Thou hidest thy face, they are troubled: thou takest away their breath, they die, and return to their dust.

Земля их жабами кишела, увидеть можно было их и в королевской спальне.

Thou sendest forth thy spirit, they are created: and thou renewest the face of the earth.

|
Он повелел - и налетели тучи мух, и мириады комаров закрыли небо.

The glory of the LORD shall endure for ever: the LORD shall rejoice in his works.

Вместо дождя послал Он град, и молниями выжег землю.

He looketh on the earth, and it trembleth: he toucheth the hills, and they smoke.

Все виноградники, смоковницы, деревья Он уничтожил.

I will sing unto the LORD as long as I live: I will sing praise to my God while I have my being.

Он повелел, и саранча нагрянула, и гусеницы без числа.

My meditation of him shall be sweet: I will be glad in the LORD.

|
И всё зелёное они сожрали, всё, что земля их родила.
