Неемия 6:10

Пришел я в дом Шемаии, сына Делаии, сына Мегетавелова, и он заперся и сказал: пойдем в дом Божий, внутрь храма, и запрем за собою двери храма, потому что придут убить тебя, и придут убить тебя ночью.

Наши враги пытались только запугать нас. Они думали: „Евреи испугаются и так ослабеют, что не смогут продолжать работу. Тогда стена не будет построена". Но я молился: „Боже, укрепи меня!"

І я ввійшов до дому Шемаї, сина Делаї, Мегетав'їлового сина, а він був задержаний. І він сказав: Умовмося піти до Божого дому, до середини храму, і замкнемо храмові двері, бо прийдуть забити тебе, власне вночі прийдуть забити тебе...

Afterward I came unto the house of Shemaiah the son of Delaiah the son of Mehetabeel, who was shut up; and he said, Let us meet together in the house of God, within the temple, and let us shut the doors of the temple: for they will come to slay thee; yea, in the night will they come to slay thee.
