Иисус Навин 10:30

и предал Господь и ее в руки Израиля, и царя ее, и истребил ее Иисус мечом и все дышащее, что находилось в ней: никого не оставил в ней, кто бы уцелел, и поступил с царем ее так же, как поступил с царем Иерихонским.

Господь отдал город и царя в руки израильского народа. Они убили всех в городе и никого не оставили в живых. А с их царём они сделали то же, что и с царём Иерихона.

І дав Господь в Ізраїлеву руку також її та царя її, і він побив вістрям меча її та кожну особу, що в ній, не позоставив жодного врятованого в ній. І зробив він цареві її, як зробив був цареві єрихонському.

And the LORD delivered it also, and the king thereof, into the hand of Israel; and he smote it with the edge of the sword, and all the souls that were therein; he let none remain in it; but did unto the king thereof as he did unto the king of Jericho.
