Тогда-то. Рехум советник и Шимшай писец и прочие товарищи их, - Динеи и Афарсафхеи, Тарпелеи, Апарсы, Арехьяне, Вавилоняне, Сусанцы, Даги, Еламитяне,

От советника Рехума и писца Шимшая, и от судей, и от знатных начальников над динеями, афарсафхеями, тарпелеями, апарсами, арехьянами, вавилонцами, сусанцами, и от других народов, которых великий и могущественный Аснафар переселил в Самарию и в другие места на западе от реки Евфрат.
